The founder

Based in southern Germany, this is where Nadines journey through film industry began. 

"The first magic moment that directed my life into film business was during my Internship in Production Management at the Südwestrundfunk (SWR) in Baden- Baden where I assisted in coordinating production schedules and workfolws.

I supported the making of TV-Shows and fims such as the series "Kaffee oder Tee", "Tatort", "Die Fallers" or the children's series "Phillipp" of the SWR in Baden Baden.

I gained first insight into studio operations, technical planning, and team coordination. An experience of professional production that sparked my passion for visual storytelling.

Later my second passion camera acting that I first experienced at the Stage School in Hamburg added perfectly to my approach to storytelling and bringing stories alive myself. I deepended my own acting skills by working in front of camera and attending different acting workshops later on.

After freelance work at a casting agency and working more and more closely to different producers and directors, I supported them in their processes of casting. I was able to professionalise my skills and finally established my own casting office in 2025. 

Since then, my work covers not only German speaking countries, but assists also productions throughout Europe, as I speak fluent German, English and French.

Together with my small team, we focus on professionalism, transparancy and personal advice - fair and reliable at any time.

About our Work



The work of our small team today comprises a great bandwidth ranging from debut films and television plays to high quality series as well as international cinema films.

Our collaboration with the Producer or the Art Director might start early in the script process, where we explore the characters together and explore what vision the film, commercial or series wants to transport. Alternatively we could step into the process at any later moment, finding just the missing piece of your puzzle.

"I experience it as extremely enriching for the process of casting, when a space for co-creation is facilitated, where the casting process offers ideas for script and vice versa. 

I have an open and investigative approach to the process and never give up.

My vision is to expand the cinematic universe with a focus on the overall ensemble, and preferably also down to the smallest details such as featuring extras.

Being brave and open to unknown faces often brings the most unexpected into an ensemble, making a cast special.

I challenge my ideas and make the story and visual expression stronger considering all inputs.
